Finding pet-friendly apartments in Kettering can be tough. Here at Heritage Knoll Apartments we certainly understand how important it is to have our furry friends by our sides. That's why we are a pet-friendly community. We love your pets almost as much as you do.

Pet Policy:

  • Heritage Knoll allows dogs and cats
  • We have dog breed restrictions, but no weight limit restrictions. Please call our leasing office for details
  • Two pet limit per apartment

Pet Fees (Non-refunadble)

  • A two hundred ninety-nine ($299) for 1 pet & a Four hundred ninety-nine ($499) for 2 pet non-refundable fee.
  • The monthly pet rent is thirty ($30) per pet.
  • No more than two (2) pets per apartment.
