Bri and her maintenance crew are top tier. Bri is very professional and super nice, she definitely makes me feel like a priority when I need anything. Her maintenance crew gets the job done as soon as they can and they do a great job every time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I moved here in an extremely difficult time period in my life. Everything went smoothly with the application process and move in. My cozy apartment has become my favorite place to be. My unit was completely upgraded and is absolutely beautiful. Bri is helpful, informative, and always so sweet! They are constantly upgrading and taking care of the grounds. From the pool to the playground everything is maintained beautifully. I always feel safe here and the location is PERFECT.

My family has lived in this complex for 5 years now, moving from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom as our family has grown. We love it here! The apartments are spacious, appliances are fairly new, and most importantly I feel safe having my family here. In the time we've lived here, we haven't had any break ins (home or car) or packages stolen. With how much crime has increased recently, I'm so glad to feel safe in my home. The apartment manager and maintenance crew are kind and responsive.

Heritage Knolls has been such a peaceful and safe place to live over the last year+. Brianna (property manager) is so helpful in answering all of my crazy questions as well as addressing any concerns I may have, and maintenance staff are quick to repair the few things that have needed attention. Even the other tenants are super nice and respectful!

This morning I asked if any screens were available for the sliding doors. Within an hour the maintenance person was installing the screen. That was so fast. Love the fresh air coming into my unit. Thanks so much. Greatly appreciated!!
